Our restaurant was born in the splendid historic residence of the Borgo, immersed in the lush beauty of the nature typical of the Mediterranean scrub.

The ancient original majolica tiles of the Villa and its large windows give the restaurant an atmosphere of times gone by.
During the summer, the restaurant tables are set up outside, on the splendid Belvedere Terrace which offers its guests a breathtaking view of the enchanting Aeolian Islands.

The restaurant offers refined yet concrete cuisine , based on the rediscovery of the ancient and authentic flavours of traditional Sicilian recipes, and offers the possibility of ranging between the flavours of the Sea and the Land.
