The dishes I will present are based on ancient recipes that my grandparents, wise cooks, passed down to me. The simplicity of Roman cuisine will be respected while focusing on the high quality of the products used. Fragrant roasts, puntarelle, artichoke dishes, amatriciana, gricia, carbonara, cacio e pepe, many variations of classic Roman dishes.

Recipes for everyday use, passed down from generation to generation, which hark back to popular tradition.

Tasty meats, vegetables, fruit in great variety and the unmissable cheeses, among which the pecorino romano reigns supreme,
infinitely loved not only at a regional level. All accompanied by excellent wines from the cellar.
