Fusion Restaurant was born in 2008 in Lecce.

His aim was to bring a new taste and a new culinary style not yet known in Southern Italy.

He wanted to share 20 years of experience in the restaurant business by offering something different, something that no one had tried or seen before.

Fusion has brought the best of Asian cuisine to the table, drawing inspiration mainly from Japan.

It was the first restaurant to introduce sushi to Puglia.

Since then Fusion has developed its cuisine featuring over 250 different dishes on its menu.
