La Campagnola is one of the oldest and most renowned trattorias of Naples in the historic center, founded by its harmonious owner Antonio Allocca, it has now passed from father to son, Angelo Allocca. A few steps from the famous Largo Corpo di Napoli and the historic Piazza San Domenico Maggiore, it overlooks Piazzetta Nilo where the Sedile del Nilo (or del Nido) once stood. In the adjacent church of Sant'Angelo a Nilo you can admire a splendid Donatello. The restaurant offers courtesy and discretion.
