It will not be trivial to say that my cuisine, so profoundly linked to the products that the land of Sicily offers us from season to season, must be able to be completed at the table in the encounter with the wines that are produced in the same territories: the great whites of western Sicily and the islands and the intense reds of Etna and the south-east.

A relationship of great friendship with small Sicilian producers, many of whom are truly independent and committed to the search for natural solutions, makes me confident that I can offer my guests a truly unique taste experience, in combination with the dishes.
